• Demo requests: your name, work email, the service you’re interested in, your number of locations, and any message you include.
• Job applications: your name, email, the role you’re applying for, where you’re based, your LinkedIn profile and portfolio (if you share them), and your résumé and any portfolio file you upload.
• Emails you send us: the content of your message and your contact details.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver the site securely, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, in server logs. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

05Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website, under agreements that limit how they can use it:

• Vercel, which hosts the website.
• Resend, which delivers the emails our forms send, including any files attached to an application.
• Our email provider, where requests and applications are received and stored.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy would continue to apply.

06How long we keep it

We keep demo request details for as long as needed to follow up and manage our relationship with you. We keep job applications for the duration of the hiring process and, unless you ask us to delete them sooner, for up to two years afterward so we can consider you for future roles. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.

07International transfers

We are a remote company that hires globally, and our service providers operate in the United States and other countries. Your information may be processed outside the country where you live. When we transfer personal information from regions with data transfer rules, such as the EU or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Delete your information, including withdrawing a job application.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is intended for businesses and job seekers. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
