Does Console replace our POS?
No. Your POS or connected ordering provider keeps its role in the operation. Console brings storefront content, order visibility, location information, and platform tools into a shared workspace.
Can we manage more than one brand?
Console supports switching between configured brands and viewing location-specific information. Content and operational data stay scoped to the selected brand.
What can we change without an engineering request?
Your team can manage supported banners, announcements, page content, location content, and reward presentation. New components or changes to the underlying experience go through the Techtris build process.
Can we track orders and payments here?
You can review orders, filter by location and status, and inspect order details. For Stripe connected accounts, Console also shows onboarding requirements and payment and payout readiness.
